常州市吸引源交通特性及交通发展对策研究

Research on Traffic Characteristics of Attracting Sources and Countermeasures of Traffic Development in Changzhou City

为合理解决常州市现状交通问题,促进常州市交通可持续发展,从常州市空间布局特征入手,分析了常州交通供需失衡、道路网结构不完善、公交慢行服务品质不高等现状问题。结合常州市第三轮城市交通吸引源调查数据,从居民出行次数、不同用地职工/访客的出行方式、不同地块高峰小时系数等方面进行了特征分析,进而优化常州市居民出行结构。对合理规划用地布局、优化道路网布局、改善慢行通行环境、完善公交系统等几个方面进行了对策研究,为常州市未来交通发展提供借鉴。

Starting from the spatial layout characteristics of Changzhou City,the current situations of imbalance between supply and demand of transportation,imperfect road network structure,low quality of slow bus service and other problems in Changzhou are analyzed in order to reasonably solve the current traffic problems and promote the sustainable development of the traffic in Changzhou.Combined with the third round of urban traffic attraction source survey data in Changzhou,the feature analysis is carried out on the travel times of resident,travel modes of employees/visitors on the different land uses,and peak hour coefficients of different plots,and then the travel structure of the residents in Changzhou is optimized.The countermeasures are studied for the reasonable planning of land layout,optimization of road network layout,improvement of slow traffic environment and perfection of public transportation system,which provides the reference for the future transportation development of Changzhou City.
