在工业制造领域,机器人焊接技术的应用极大地提升了生产效率和质量,同时在一定程度上减少了生产人员的工作量,为智能制造提供了重要支撑。基于此,结合实际情况,在概述智能制造和机器人焊接技术概念的基础上,分析了新时期智能制造与机器人焊接技术的集成与应用,并提出了几点对策,希望对提升工业生产效率和质量具有一定帮助。

In the field of industrial manufacturing,the application of Robot Welding technology has greatly improved production efficiency and quality,while reducing the workload of production personnel to a certain extent,providing important support for intelligent manufacturing.Based on this,combined with the actual situation,on the basis of summarizing the concepts of intelligent manufacturing and Robot Welding technology,this paper analyzes the integration and application of intelligent manufacturing and Robot Welding technology in the new era,and proposes several countermeasures,hoping to be helpful for improving industrial production efficiency and quality.
