摘要
地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)技术在新时代水利工程信息化建设中扮演着至关重要的角色。它通过提供精确的空间数据分析,助力水资源规划,实现水资源量的空间分布分析和开发利用规划。在灌溉系统规划方面,GIS技术能够评估土地利用情况并优化灌溉设施布局。同时,GIS在水利工程建设与维护中辅助选址和维护、在洪水控制与防洪减灾中模拟洪水风险并制订应急预案,以及在干旱监测与调度中评价干旱影响并保障供水。
Geographic Information System(GIS)technology plays a crucial role in the informatization construction of water conservancy engineering in the new era.By providing precise spatial data analysis,it supports water resources management and planning,achieving the spatial distribution analysis of water resources and the planning of their development and utilization.In terms of irrigation system planning,GIS technology can assess land use and optimize the layout of irrigation facilities.Additionally,GIS assists in the site selection and maintenance management of water conservancy construction engineering,simulates flood risks in flood control and disaster reduction,and formulates emergency plans,and also evaluates the impact of droughts in drought monitoring and scheduling to ensure water supply.
