智慧图书馆体系建设与智慧服务研究

Research on Construction of Smart Library System and Smart Services

以人工智能为代表的信息技术不断催生着新的发展业态。大量新技术的出现为智慧图书馆体系建设与服务提供有力支撑,给图书馆事业的发展带来了巨大的空间。我国也曾发布相关政策,提出要以全国智慧图书馆体系建设工程为先导,促进公共文化事业的发展,释放了大力支持智慧图书馆的信号。从不同的层面提出智慧图书馆体系建设的原则,在此基础上,指出了其体系建设与智慧服务的主要方向:培养智慧馆员队伍,深度集成数据资源,强化以用户为中心的智慧服务,为智慧图书馆今后的发展提供参考。

Information technology,represented by artificial intelligence,continues to give birth to new forms of development.The emergence of a large number of new technologies provides strong support for the construction and service of smart library system,and brings huge space for the development of library cause.China has also issued relevant policies,proposing to take the national smart library system construction project as the pilot,promote the development of public cultural undertakings,and released the signal of strong support for smart libraries.This paper puts forward the principles of the construction of smart library system from different aspects,and points out the main directions of its system construction and smart service on this basis.The specific directions are as follows:Training a team of smart librarians,deeply integrating of data resources,strengthening user-centered smart services,and providing references for the future development of smart libraries.
