高压氧疗在抗肿瘤治疗应用中的研究进展

摘要 高压氧疗在抗肿瘤治疗中通过克服肿瘤缺氧微环境、改善其氧合状态及常与放化疗结合展现显著的抗肿瘤效果。本文综述高压氧疗辅助抗肿瘤治疗的应用,不仅增敏其放化疗效果,缓解放化疗引起的不良反应,而且与光动力疗法、纳米药物联合应用,可提高治疗效率。高压氧疗在抗肿瘤治疗毒性管理中也发挥重要作用,如改善癌性皮肤损伤、降低保乳术后皮瓣缺损率等。未来,关于高压氧疗在不同类别、恶性程度肿瘤治疗中的研究和应用仍需进一步深入,以探索其最大疗效和安全性。 Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has shown remarkable antitumour effects in antitumour therapy by overcoming hypoxic microenvironment of tumours and improving their oxygenation status,often combined with radiochemotherapy.This paper reviews the application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in adjuvant antitumour therapy,which not only sensitizes the effect of radiochemotherapy and alleviates the adverse reactions caused by radiochemotherapy,but also improves the therapeutic efficiency by combining with photodynamic therapy and nanomedicines.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy also plays an important role in toxicity management of antitumour therapy,such as improving cancerous skin injury and reducing the rate of skin flap defects after breast-conserving surgery.In the future,research and application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of tumours of different categories and degrees of malignancy still need to be further deepened in order to explore its maximum efficacy and safety.
