摘要
砂的含泥量对混凝土质量的影响显著。目前采用标准法检测砂含泥量时检测效率较低。基于标准法提出了2种改进方法,比较了改进方法与原标准法的检测速度和检测精度。结果表明:在标准误差范围内,快速检测法2能够节约2.5 h的检测时间,作为搅拌站砂含泥量检测的替代方法具有可行性。
The clay content in sand plays a significant impact on concrete quality,while the current standard method has low detection efficiency for detecting clay content.Based on the standard method,two improved methods were proposed.The detection speed and accuracy of the improved methods with the original standard method were compared.The results show that,within the standard error range,the second rapid detection method can save 2.5 hours of detection time,which is feasible as an alternative method for clay content of sand detection in a mixing plant.
