Research on Key Points of Quality Control and Technical Improvement Strategy of Prefabricated Concrete Structure Construction

随着预制装配式混凝土结构在工程中的大范围应用,装配式工程类型已逐步从高层建筑发展至公共建筑。由于装配式混凝土结构所用材料特殊,因此加强工程质量尤为重要。文章依托实际工程案例,对预制装配式混凝土框架结构进行分析,在总结预制装配式混凝土结构施工质量控制要点的基础上,提出一系列施工技术提升策略,以期提高预制装配式混凝土结构施工质量,实现预制装配式混凝土结构应用价值的最大化。

With the wide application of prefabricated concrete structure in engineering,the prefabricated engineering type has gradually developed from high-rise buildings to public buildings.Because of the special materials used in prefabricated concrete structure,it is particularly important to strengthen the construction quality.Based on actual engineering cases,this paper analyzed the precast prefabricated concrete frame structure,summarized the key points of construction quality control of precast prefabricated concrete structure,and put forward a series of construction technology improvement strategies,in order to improve the construction quality of precast prefabricated concrete structure and maximize the application value of precast prefabricated concrete structure.
