CHD1L在恶性肿瘤中的作用与机制研究进展

摘要 恶性肿瘤的发生发展与细胞增殖、凋亡或其他生物学过程中关键的癌症相关基因密切相关。染色质结构域解旋酶/ATP酶DNA结合蛋白1样基因(CHD1L)是一种新发现位于Chr1q21的致癌基因。CHD1L在许多人类正常组织中均有表达,且在肝癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、卵巢癌和神经胶质瘤等多种人类恶性肿瘤组织中高表达。CHD1L作为恶性肿瘤发生发展的促进因子,影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡和自噬等生物学过程,且其高表达与恶性肿瘤的不良预后密切相关。CHD1L在转录调控、维持染色体完整性和DNA修复中也发挥着重要作用。本文就CHD1L在恶性肿瘤中的作用及其机制研究进展进行综述,以期为CHD1L成为恶性肿瘤潜在标志物和临床治疗的新靶点提供参考。 The occurrence of malignant tumors is closely related to key cancer-related genes in cell proliferation,apoptosis or other biological processes.Chromodomain helicase/ATPase DNA binding protein 1-like gene(CHD1L)is a newly discovered carcinogenic gene located in CHR1Q21.CHD1L is expressed in many normal tissues of human beings.CHD1L is highly expressed in various human malignant tumor tissues,including liver cancer,colorectal cancer,gastric cancer,ovarian cancer,and glioma.CHD1L,as a promotional factor in the development of malignant tumors,affects biological processes such as the proliferation,migration,invasion,apoptosis,and autophagy of tumor cells,and its high expression is closely related to the adverse prognosis of malignant tumors.CHD1L also plays an important role in transcriptional regulation,maintenance of chromosomal integrity,and DNA repair.This article reviews the role of CHD1L in malignant tumors and the research progress of the mechanism,in order to provide a reference for CHD1L to become a new target for potential markers and clinical treatment of malignant tumors.
