冠心病给予氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗的临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect Exploration of Amlodipine Combined with Metoprolol in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨在冠心病中实施氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗的临床效果。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月本院收治的78例冠心病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组实施美托洛尔治疗,观察组则采取氨氯地平联合美托洛尔进行治疗,对两组患者的临床干预效果进行观察和分析。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的HR、LVESD、LVEDD水平均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者实施氨氯地平联合美托洛尔进行治疗,能够改善患者的心功能,降低炎症因子水平,临床运用价值较高。

Objective To observe clinical effect of amlodipine combined with metoprolol in treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods The paper chose 78 patients in our hospital from April 2022 to mid April 2023,and divided them into observation and control group with random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Control group was treated with metoprolol treatment only,while observation group with amlodipine combined with metoprolol treatment.Clinical intervention effect between two groups was analyzed and observed.Results Total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than control group.Levels of HR,LVESD,and LVEDD were lower than control group,while LVEF was higher than control group.Levels of inflammatory factors were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with metoprolol can improve cardiac function,reduce levels of inflammatory factors of coronary heart disease patients,which has high clinical application value.
