摘要
目的探讨药物处置训练结合常规护理干预对精神分裂症伴糖尿病患者的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月南京市江宁区第二人民医院收治的70例精神分裂症伴糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加药物处置训练。对比两组心理状态、社会功能、自知力、血糖控制、药物依从性、护理满意度与生活质量。结果干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和低血糖反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组个人与社会功能量表(PSP)评分、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)评分、护理满意度、生活质量、血糖控制达标率和用药依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药物处置训练与护理干预相结合治疗精神分裂症伴糖尿病,可改善患者的精神与身体健康状况,提高护理满意度和生活质量。
Objective To explore effect of drug disposal training combined with nursing intervention on rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients with diabetes.Methods The paper chose 70 schizophrenic patients with diabetes in Nanjing City Jiangning District the Second People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023,and divided them into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases)randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while observation group with additional medication management training on the basis of control group.Psychological status,social function,self-awareness,blood glucose control,medication compliance,nursing satisfaction degree degree,and life quality was compared between two groups.Results After intervention,observation group had lower scores on Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and incidence of hypoglycemic reactions than control group(P<0.05).Individual and social function scale(PSP)scores,self-awareness and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ)scores,nursing satisfaction degree degree,life quality,blood glucose control compliance rate and medication adherence in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of drug disposal training and nursing intervention can improve mental and physical health of schizophrenia patients with diabetes,and improve nursing satisfaction degree degree and life quality.
