全流程管理在血站血液制品安全质量管理中的应用分析

摘要 目的分析在血站血液制品安全质量管理中采取全流程管理的方法与应用价值。方法将2022年3—12月本站收治的100例患者纳入对照组,按照常规方法进行管理;将2023年1—12月本站收治的100患者纳入观察组,采取全流程管理方式。评价全流程管理对血站血液制品安全质量管理效果。结果观察组较对照组血液污染率、报废率明显下降(P<0.05);观察组较对照组红细胞存储期、试剂存储期、第一袋发血时间均明显缩短(P<0.05);观察组患者输血不良反应率小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在血站血液制品安全质量管理中加强全流程管理,能够进一步保证血液制品的管理质量,保证输血患者的安全。 Objective To analyze methods and application value of full process management in safety and quality management of blood products in blood stations.Methods Blood products in the blood station were managed with routine methods from March to December 2022(control group),those were managed with full process management from January to December 2023(observation group).The paper chose 200 patients as research subjects with different periods respectively,to evaluate safety and quality management effect of blood products in blood stations.Results Blood contamination rate and scrap rate in observation group was significantly lower than control group,while red blood cell storage period,reagent storage period,and first bag of blood reagents in observation group was significantly shorter than control group.Adverse reactions to blood transfusion in observation group was less than control group,comparison of various parameters showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening full process management can further ensure management quality of blood products and safety of blood transfusion patients during safety and quality management of blood products in blood stations.
