针身绝缘针低电量针刺球后穴治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞1例

A case of central retinal artery occlusion treated by low-power needling of the retrobulbar point with insulation acupuncture needle

本研究报告1例以针身绝缘针低电量针刺球后穴治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞的病案。视网膜中央动脉阻塞属于眼科急重症,需要及时、尽早的治疗。目前西医对于此病尚无针对性治疗方案,特别是在视网膜中央动脉阻塞的恢复期无有效治疗方法。本案患者发病前期经过吸氧、降眼压及改善血液循环等西医规范急救治疗,就诊时患眼视力为指数/30 cm,根据病情使用针身绝缘针于球后穴行低电量电针治疗,其中电流量≤3 mA,频率为2 Hz,输出模式为经针模式。经2个月电针治疗后,患者视力由指数/30 cm显著提高至0.5,视野范围显著改善。通过对本案诊疗经过分析及相关文献回顾,重点把握电针对视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者恢复期的治疗意义,进而推广至临床治疗多种视网膜血管病及缺血性视神经疾病。

This paper report a case of central retinal artery occlusion treated by low-power needling of the retrobulbar point with insulation acupuncture needle.Central retinal artery occlusion is an ophthalmologic emergency that requires timely and early treatment.Currently,there is no targeted treatment for this disease in western medicine,especially in the recovery period of central retinal artery occlusion,there is no effective treatment.In this case,the patient was treated with western standardized emergency treatment such as oxygen,lowering intraocular pressure and improving blood circulation in the pre-morbid period,and the visual acuity of the affected eye at the time of consultation was counting finger/30 cm,and according to the condition of the patient,low-power electro-acupuncture treatment was performed using an insulated needle with a needle body on the posterior bulbous acupoint,in which the flow rate of the electric current was≤3 mA,the frequency was 2 Hz,and the output mode was meridian needle mode.After two months of electroacupuncture treatment,the patient's visual acuity improved significantly from counting finger/30 cm to 0.5,and the range of visual fields improved significantly.By analyzing this case and reviewing the relevant literature,it focus on the therapeutic significance of electroacupuncture in the recovery period of patients with central retinal artery occlusion,and then extend it to the clinical treatment of various retinal vascular diseases and ischemic optic nerve diseases.
