血液肿瘤患者共享决策研究进展

Research progress on shared decision-making in hematological tumors patients

共享决策被誉为21世纪医疗决策的黄金方法,其可实现“以患者为中心”的医疗模式,近10年引起国外肿瘤领域的广泛关注。共享决策以患者需求为重点,强调医患双方共同交流,由临床医务人员提供选项并讲述每项选择的风险和益处,同时鼓励患者表达偏好和价值取向,最终双方共同做出决策。共享决策可提升患者决策满意度,降低疾病不确定感,减少决策后悔和决策冲突。本文综述共享决策在血液肿瘤患者中应用的概述、现状、影响因素、工具及效果,以期为共享决策在中国血液肿瘤患者中应用提供理论参考。

Shared decision-making is known as the golden method of medical decision making in the 21st century,which can realize“patient-centered”medical model,and has attracted extensive attention in the field of oncology abroad in the past decade.Shared decision-making focuses on patient needs and emphasizes communication between doctors and patients.Clinicians present options and talk about the risks and benefits of each option,while encouraging patients to express their preferences and values,resulting in a shared decision.Sharing decision can improve patients’decision satisfaction,reduce disease uncertainty,decision regret and conflict.This paper reviews the overview,current situation,influencing factors,tools and effects of shared decision making applied in hematological tumors patients,in order to provide theoretical reference for the application of shared decision making in hematological tumors patients in China.
