基于CiteSpace对国内“互联网+延续性护理”研究的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of domestic “internet + continuity nursing” research based on CiteSpace

目的旨在探讨“互联网+延续性护理”领域的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势,为我国“互联网+延续性护理”的持续健康发展提供参考。方法通过中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网三大数据库,检索时限建库至2024年4月国内以“互联网+延续性护理”为主题的相关文献。利用软件Excel绘制发文量、累计发文量及累计发文量拟合曲线,并借助CiteSpace工具构建作者、机构、关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词突现、时间线图等知识图谱。结果共纳入相关文献1011篇,发现该领域发文量趋于稳定并将持续受到研究人员关注;发文量最多的学者为谌永毅;右江民族医学院附属医院是发文量最多的机构,研究方向为延续性护理的质量、改善患者预后、实现医疗资源优化;关键词“互联网+”出现频次最多,形成“社区”等10个聚类;关键词突现中Strength的最高值是社区护理为2.8;时间线图可知生活质量、质性研究、延续护理仍受到关注。结论研究人员应加大对信息技术在延续性护理中应用的研究,提高护理服务的精准性和智能化,满足不同患者的个性化需求;各机构之间和团队之间应加强合作,提高研究的广度和深度;国家积极制订相关政策,促进该领域持续健康发展。

Objective To explore the research status, research hotspot, and development trend of “internet + continuity nursing” in order to provide reference for the sustainable and healthy development of “internet + continuity nursing” in China. Methods Through the three major databases of CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP, the relevant literature on the theme of “internet + continuity nursing” was searched from inception to April 2024. Excel was used to draw the number of published documents, the cumulative number of published documents, and the cumulative number of published documents fitting curve, and CiteSpace was used to construct the knowledge graph of author, institution, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering, keyword emergence, and time graph. Results A total of 1 011 relevant literatures were included, and it was found that the number of publications in this field tends to be stable and will continue to attract the attention of researchers. Chen Yongyi published the most literatures. The Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities was the institution with the largest number of publications, and the research direction was the quality of continuous care, improving patient prognosis, and realizing the optimization of medical resources. Keywords “internet +” appeared most frequently, and formed ten clusters such as “community”;the highest value of Strength was 2.8 in community nursing. The time chart showed that quality of life, qualitative research, and extended care were still receiving attention. Conclusion Researchers should increase the research on the application of information technology in continuous nursing, improve the accuracy and intelligence of nursing services, and meet the individual needs of different patients;collaboration between institutions and teams should be strengthened to increase the breadth and depth of research;the state has actively formulated relevant policies to promote the sustainable and healthy development of this field.
