UPLC-MS/MS检测儿童血液中水溶性维生素结果分析

摘要 目的探讨使用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)技术检测儿童血液中水溶性维生素的含量,并对检测结果进行分析。方法选取2022年12月—2023年12月来聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院生长发育门诊健康体检的930例儿童为观察对象,采用FH6000-MD UPLC-MS/MS分析仪对其进行水溶性维生素B_(1)、B_(2)、B_(5)、B_(6)、B_(9)检测,将检测结果按照不同年龄段、不同性别进行统计分析。结果不同年龄组儿童血液中维生素B_(2)、B_(5)、B_(6)、B_(9)的含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女童血液中维生素B_(2)、B_(5)、B_(9)的含量为(9.57±4.89)、(30.95±19.70)和(4.96±2.71)ng/mL,高于男童的(8.64±4.66)、(27.59±16.06)和(4.62±2.27)ng/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);男童与女童血液中维生素B_(1)、B_(9)含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过UPLC-MS/MS对儿童血液中水溶性维生素进行检测,发现不同年龄段和不同性别儿童在维生素吸收和利用方面存在差异。随着年龄的增长,儿童对水溶性维生素的吸收和利用能力逐渐下降。性别因素也对儿童体内维生素水平产生一定影响。因此,在儿童生长发育过程中,应关注水溶性维生素的摄入和补充,并根据年龄和性别特点制订合理的营养策略,以促进儿童的健康成长。 Objective To explore the use of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)technology to detect the levels of water-soluble vitamins in the blood of children and analyze the detection results.Methods A total of 930 children who underwent health examinations at the Growth and Development Outpatient Department of Liaocheng Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation objects.The FH6000-MD UPLC-MS/M analyzer was used to detect water-soluble vitamins B_(1),B_(2),B_(5),B_(6)and B_(9).The detection results were statistically analyzed according to different age groups and genders.Results The differences in the contents of vitamin B_(2),B_(5),B_(6)and B_(9)in the blood of children of different age groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The contents of vitamin B_(2),B_(5)and B_(9)in the blood of girls were(9.57±4.89),(30.95±19.70)and(4.96±2.71)ng/mL,which were higher than those of boys with(8.64±4.66),(27.59±16.06)and(4.62±2.27)ng/mL,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in the contents of vitamin B_(1)and B_(9)in the blood of boys and girls(P>0.05).Conclusion By using UPLC-MS/MS technology to detect watersoluble vitamins in children's blood,it was found that there were differences in the absorption and utilization of vitamins in children of different ages and genders.With the growth of age,children's absorption and utilization abilities of water-soluble vitamins gradually decreased.Gender factors also had a certain impact on the levels of vitamins in children's bodies.Therefore,during process of children's growth and development,attention should be paid to the intake and supplementation of water-soluble vitamins,and reasonable nutrition strategies should be formulated according to age and gender characteristics,so as to promote the healthy growth of children.
