建筑学专教空间的动态化与多适性构建——以山东建筑大学开放教学区改造为例

Dy namic and Multi-Adapta bility Construction of Architecture Studio Space:Taking Shandong Jianzhu University as an Example

该文基于山东建筑大学建筑城规学院开放教学区改造项目中设计策略的思考,类比了国内外部分著名建筑院校专业教学空间的设计和使用情况,对建筑学专业教学空间的特征进行了梳理,借助建构主义学习理论,提出“动态化”和“多适性”的空间特征是建筑学专业教室与普通高校教室的根本区别。基于使用方式决定空间特征的思想,借助可达性理论和边界效应理论,通过对改造设计过程和投入使用效果的总结,借助图示思考,提出了利用“丰富可达性”“活化边界”“构建空间层次”的改造策略,来构建建筑学专业教学空间的“动态化”“多适性”特征。

Based on the design strategy of the open teaching area reconstruction project of School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Shandong Jianzhu University,we compare the design and use of professional teaching space in some famous architectural colleges and universities at home and abroad,then we sort out the characteristics of architecture studio space,and point out that the spatial characteristics of"dynamic"and"multi adaptability"are the fundamental difference between architecture studio space and ordinary college classroom.Based on the idea that the way of usage determines spatial features,with the help of Accessibility Theory and boundary effect theory,through the summary of the transformation design process and the effect of putting into use,and with the help of graphic thinking,we put forward the transformation strategy of"enriching accessibility","activating boundary"and"constructing space level"to construct the"dynamic"and"multi-adaptability"of architectural teaching space features.
