摘要
城市更新背景下,针对既有建筑改造与修缮项目的复杂性与挑战,该文以华建大楼更新项目为例,提出了基于BIM技术的既有建筑项目数字化探索技术路径,总结了数字化技术在数字信息采集与模型构建、数据分析与设计优化、共享协作环境构建以及智慧监测等方面的应用点。创新性地运用了BIM+智能算法技术,实现自动化提取模型数据,并结合设计逻辑与算法,得到了立面石材超低损耗率的切割方案,实现最大化利用原有材料和减少浪费。该技术路径可为今后的既有建筑改造设计提供借鉴与参考。
In the context of urban renewal,based on BIM technology,taking Huajian Building renovation project as an example,we present a digital exploration technology path for renovation and maintenance projects of existing buildings.We also summarize the application points of digital technology in the collection and modeling of digital information,data analysis and design optimization,the construction of a shared collaborative environment,and intelligent monitoring.Then we innovatively apply BIM+intelligent algorithm technology to automatically extract model data,combining design logic and algorithms,we can obtain a cutting solution with ultra-low stone material waste rate,and achieve maximum utilization of existing materials and reducing waste.This technology path can provide reference and guidance for future renovation design of existing buildings.
