贵州传统圆木作箍桶技术及箍桶工具研究

Techniques and Tools of Traditional Round Woodworking in Guizhou Province

圆木作属小木作,加工品包括盆桶勺盖等日常生活用具。其加工技艺包括砍削、刨腰、箍铁等,相较于大木作,对圆木作的研究较为稀少,而圆木作中代表性的箍桶技艺也正处于后继无人的境况。该文通过对贵州市榕江县大利村杉木箍桶技艺的调查研究,结合对中式圆木作技艺的历史学、民俗学等的文献调查,探究古代匠人智慧,圆木作器具的审美价值。在调查的过程中,我们考察到了28种箍桶工具,结合口述史研究对技艺进行了详尽的记录还原,以填补传统圆木作目前的研究空白,为圆木作技艺的传承与发展提供参考。

Round woodworking is a small wood production,processing products include pots,buckets,ladle covers a nd other daily utensils.Its processing techniques include cutting,waist planing,hoop iron,etc.Compared with large wood,the research on round wood is relatively rare,and the typical hoop bucket technique of round wood is also in the situation of no successor.In this paper we probed into the wisdom of ancient craftsmen and the aesthetic value of log making equipment through the investigation of Chinese log making techniques in Dali village,Rongjiang County,Guizhou,combined with the literature investigation of Chinese log making techniques.In the process of investigation,we investigated 28 kinds of hoop tools,combined with oral history research to carry out detailed records and restore the skills,so as to fill the current research gap of traditional log making,and to provide reference for the inheritance and development of log making skills.
