中医运用小儿退敏汤治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎经验

Experience of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pediatric allergic conjunctivitis with the Xiaoertuimin Decoction

王方教授总结儿童过敏性结膜炎的病因主要是先天不足、后天失养、外感邪气、饮食内伤,情志失调,其病机关键在于脾气不足、肝经风热;治疗主张从肝脾论治,临证确立以清肝补脾为基本治疗大法,兼以祛风止痒,方用小儿退敏汤随症加减,临床疗效颇佳。

Prof.Wang believes that the pathogenesis of pediatric allergic conjunctivitis is mainly due to congenital deficiency,improper nurturing after birth,exogenous pathogenic factors,improper diet,and emotional disorders.The key pathogenesis is deficiency of spleen qi and liver wind-heat.The treatment principle focuses on regulating the liver and spleen.The basic therapeutic method is to clear the liver and tonify the spleen,plus eliminating wind and stopping itching.The formula Xiaoertuimin Decoction is used with modifications based on syndrome differentiation.This approach has achieved remarkable clinical efficacy.
