大型歌剧院BIM深化设计与协同管理应用研究

摘要 为提升以歌剧院为代表的大型项目的设计和管理水平,文中以西安某大型歌剧院项目工程施工为例,根据BIM技术可视化、模拟性、信息集成和协同管理的特点,采用BIM技术通过设计阶段、施工准备、实施过程及竣工验收各环节的BIM模型仿真,实现了大型歌剧院施工现场布局、进度管理、机电管线系统设计、剧场空间声学、钢结构施工方案及竣工验收流程的综合优化,创建了基于BIM的数字化平台促进多方的协同管理,通过此技术可提升工程项目管理精确性和施工效率。 The construction of a large opera house project in Xi'an is taken to improve the design and management level of large-scale projects represented by the opera house.Featuring visualization,simulation,information integra⁃tion,and collaborative management,BIM technology is used to simulate the BIM model of the design stage,construc⁃tion preparation,implementation process,and final acceptance,achieving the comprehensive optimization of the lay⁃out,schedule management,electromechanical pipeline system design,theater space acoustics,steel structure con⁃struction plan,and final acceptance process of the construction site of the large opera house.A digital platform based on BIM is created to promote multi-party collaborative management,by which,the accuracy and efficiency of project management are improved.
