摘要
微针是一种新型的经皮给药方式,具有提高药物渗透效率和生物利用度的优势。然而,微针技术在实际临床应用中面临硬度不足、给药精度差等问题。仿生学是利用自然界生物系统功能和行为基础,构建具有特定功能的技术系统的一种科学方法,可有效实现系统间的创新性整合,为解决上述问题提供新思路。目前,仿生微针在医药领域也有广泛应用,如辅助伤口愈合、外科手术及生理/病理监测等。文章汇总了采用仿生学改善微针性能的研究,探讨了仿生微针的临床发展前景,为微针技术的未来发展提供了新的视角。
Microneedles are a novel transdermal drug delivery method with the advantage of improving drug permeation efficiency and bioavailability.However,microneedle technology faces problems such as insufficient hardness and poor drug delivery accuracy in actual clinical applications.Bionics is a scientific approach that constructs technical systems with specific functions by utilizing the functions and behaviors of biological systems in nature,it can effectively achieve innovative integration between systems,and provide new ideas for solving above problems.At present,bionic microneedles are widely applied in the medical field,such as assisting in wound healing,surgical operations,and physiological/pathological monitoring.This paper summarizes the researches on improving microneedle performance using bionics,and discusses the clinical development prospects of bionic microneedles to provide a new perspective for the future development of microneedle technology.
