摘要
煤矿开采中产生甲烷等大量的有毒有害气体,甲烷传感器的性能对煤矿的安全检测及开采具有重要的影响。采用实验分析的方式,制备不同浓度的原子掺杂替换试样进行气敏性的监测,结果表明金属原子替代的方式对甲烷传感器的气敏特性具有较好的改善提升效果。
Coal mining produces a large amount of toxic and harmful gases such as methane,and the performance of methane sensors has an important impact on the safety detection and mining of coal mines.Using experimental analysis,different concentrations of atom-doped replacement specimens are prepared for gas sensitivity monitoring,and the results show that the metal atom substitution has a better effect of improving the gas sensitivity characteristics of methane sensors.
