摘要
针对带式输送机托辊旋转阻力过大问题,对托辊旋转阻力进行了理论公式推导,并对其进行数值模拟仿真,分别分析带速和载荷对旋转阻力的影响,并将理论计算与仿真结果进行对比。结果表明,当带速和载荷增加时旋转阻力没有线性变换关系,但呈现上升趋势。通过测量当保持载荷一定时带速在0.8~4 m/s变化和保持带速一定时载荷在400~1 000 N变化的实测数据,验证了理论计算和数值模仿真的正确性。
Aiming at the problem of excessive rotational resistance of belt conveyor rollers,theoretical formulas are derived for the rotational resistance of rollers,and numerical simulations are carried out to analyse the effects of belt speed and load on the rotational resistance,and compare the theoretical calculations with the simulation results.The results show that:when the belt speed and load increase the rotational resistance has no linear transformation relationship,but shows a rising trend.The correctness of the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation is verified by measuring the measured data that the belt speed varies from 0.8 to 4 m/s when the load is kept constant and the load varies from 400 to 1000 N when the belt speed is kept constant.
