选煤厂磁选机磁场分布设计及应用研究

摘要 为降低选煤厂选煤成本,对磁选机磁场分布进行了设计。首先,基于ANSYS软件对导磁块宽度和导磁块材料进行了研究,确定了磁选机磁场分布设计。然后,根据设计的磁场分布对磁选机进行应用研究,结果显示磁性物回收指标较好,为选煤厂磁选机的实际生产提供了理论依据。 In order to reduce the cost of coal beneficiation in coal processing plant,the magnetic field distribution of magnetic separator was designed.Firstly,based on ANSYS software,the width of the magnetic guide block and the material of the magnetic guide block were studied to determine the design of magnetic field distribution of the magnetic separator.Then,according to the designed magnetic field distribution of the magnetic separator for application research,the results show that the magnetic material recovery index is better,for the coal processing plant magnetic separator provides a theoretical basis for the actual production.
