摘要
为了提升复杂黏性煤体环境下截割效率,利用数值模拟软件对不同黏性煤体下的截割特性进行分析,首先对不同黏度煤岩下螺旋滚筒受力及煤岩黏结颗粒数量进行分析,发现随着黏度的增大此时螺旋滚筒受力逐步增大,同时相同时间内煤岩黏结颗粒数下降越少;后又对不同牵引速度下三向受力情况进行分析,发现螺旋滚筒X、Y、Z方向受力都呈现随着牵引速度的增大逐渐增大的趋势,为采煤机螺旋滚筒高效截割提供一定的参考与借鉴。
In order to improve the cutting efficiency under the environment of complex viscous coal body,numerical simulation software is used to analyse the cutting characteristics under different viscous coal bodies.Firstly,the force of the spiral drum and the number of cemented particles of coal and rock are analysed under the coal rock of different viscosity,and it is found that the force of the spiral drum is gradually increased with the increase of viscosity,and the number of cemented particles of coal and rock is less and less in the same time,and the force situation of the spiral drum is analysed under the three-way force under the different traction speeds.Afterwards,the force in three directions under different traction speeds is analysed,and it is found that the force in x,y and z directions of the spiral drum shows the trend of increasing gradually with the increase of traction speed,which provides certain reference for the high efficiency of cutting of the spiral drum of the coal mining machine.
