摘要
为在楼梯上运输重量和体积较大货物时能够平稳运行,以及搬运时能在楼梯与平地之间进行便捷的转换,提出了一种低成本的便捷式履带爬楼推车,并通过SolidWorks软件进行三维建模与仿真,可以克服传统推车在楼梯上难以平稳行走的问题,同时能在平地上移动。通过履带、MCU控制模块、步进电机和齿轮传动的协调作用完成爬楼动作。此方案已申请实用新型专利(ZL202221715118.9)。
In order to solve the problem of transporting heavy and bulky goods on the stairs to run smoothly,as well as handling can be conveniently converted between the stairs and the flat ground,a low-cost convenient crawler crawler trolley is proposed,and three-dimensional modelling and simulation through the SolidWorks software,which can overcome the problem of the traditional trolley is difficult to walk smoothly on the stairs,and at the same time,it can be moved on the flat ground.The coordinated action of crawler,MCU control module,stepper motor and gear drive completes the stair-climbing action.This programme has applied for a utility model patent(ZL202221715118.9).
