煤矿提升机盘式制动器结构设计研究

摘要 通过介绍矿井提升机盘式制动器的研究现状及其控制系统的特点,对其结构的优化设计进行研究。制动系统的液压回路选用双向平行油路和四油缸制动器。对盘式制动器旁路设置了一个单向油门,使旁路制动略有延迟,这将实现两级制动,使工作更加稳定。这种盘式制动器通常是关闭的,这意味着当提升机不工作时,制动器处于制动状态,以防止事故的发生。这种制动器安全、可靠、动作灵敏。刹车片材料为刚性石棉塑料材质,摩擦系数稳定,耐磨性好,对含水介质和酸碱颗粒不敏感,并且安装位置灵活,使用、调整和维护方便。 By introducing the current research status of mine hoist disc brake and the characteristics of its control system,the optimal design of its structure is studied.Bidirectional parallel oil circuit and four-cylinder brake are selected for the hydraulic circuit of the brake system.A one-way throttle is set for the disc brake bypass to delay the bypass braking slightly,which will achieve two-stage braking and make the work more stable.This type of disc brake is usually closed,which means that when the hoist is not working,the brake is in the braking state to prevent accidents.This type of brake is safe,reliable and sensitive in action.The brake pad material is made of rigid asbestos plastic,which has a stable friction coefficient,good abrasion resistance,insensitivity to water-containing media and acid and alkali particles,and has a flexible mounting position,making it easy to use,adjust and maintain.
