采煤机摇臂减速箱冷却系统和装置的应用

摘要 结合当前煤矿井下生产对采煤机运行稳定性的需要,应关注采煤机开采中摇臂系统的散热效果,确保在复杂环境和高强度作业的工况中,支持采煤机的开采。具体需要基于当前采煤机的摇臂减速器结构及应用的冷却方式,对实际采煤中摇臂系统的热源和散热进行定量的分析,最后优化摇臂壳体的水套冷却路径和增加低速强制润滑冷却装置,处理大倾角开采工况中的发热散热问题。以期望可以通过冷却系统的优化和装置应用,提高采煤机的运转效果,不断增加矿产效率。 Combined with the current needs of coal mine underground production on the operational stability of the coal mining machine,attention should be paid to the cooling effect of the rocker arm system in the coal mining machine mining,to ensure that the mining machine mining is supported in complex environments and high-intensity operating conditions.Specifically,based on the current structure of the rocker reducer of the coal mining machine and the cooling method applied,the heat source and heat dissipation of the rocker system in the actual coal mining is quantitatively analysed,and finally,the water jacket cooling path of the rocker shell is optimised and the low-speed forced lubrication cooling device is increased to deal with the heat dissipation problem in the large inclination mining conditions.The optimisation of the cooling system and the application of the device are expected to improve the operation of the coal mining machine and continuously increase the mining efficiency.
