摘要
介绍了皮带机传动系统结构组成、工作原理及常见问题与挑战,针对皮带机传动系统的可靠性进行评价和优化设计。对故障树分析、失效模式及影响分析、可靠性块图、事件树分析等可靠性评价方法进行了详细的探讨。在材料选择和工艺改进,润滑和冷却系统优化,结构强度和刚度分析,控制和监控系统改进等方面提出了优化设计方法。
Introducing the structural composition,working principle and common problems and challenges of the belt conveyor transmission system,evaluating and optimising the design for the reliability of the belt conveyor transmission system.Fault tree analysis,failure mode and impact analysis,reliability block diagram,event tree analysis and other reliability evaluation methods are discussed in detail.Optimised design methods are proposed in terms of material selection and process improvement,lubrication and cooling system optimisation,structural strength and stiffness analysis,and control and monitoring system improvement.
