煤矿单轨吊运人车辆结构安全分析及优化研究

摘要 以DC260/160Y单轨吊为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的煤矿单轨吊运人车辆结构安全分析及优化方法。首先,以运人车辆形状、规格尺寸、材料特性等参数为依据,利用Solidworks软件构建出相应的有限元模型,将该模型导入到ANSYS软件内后,自动对运人车辆结构静力学特性予以分析,以此寻找出原运人车辆结构中的薄弱点,进而以此为基础对运人车辆结构进行优化。通过优化后运人车辆应用情况的观察可以发现,优化后运人车辆出现损伤的概率明显下降,应将有限元分析推广到单轨吊运人车辆结构设计与优化当中。 Taking DC260/160Y monorail crane as an example,a structural safety analysis and optimisation method of coal mine monorail crane carrier vehicle based on finite element analysis is introduced.First of all,based on the shape of the carrier vehicle,specification size,material properties and other parameters,the use of Solidworks software to build a corresponding finite element model,the model is imported into the ANSYS software,the static mechanical characteristics of the structure of the carrier vehicle to be analysed automatically,so as to find out the original carrier vehicle structure of the weak points,and then optimize the structure of the carrier vehicle based on this.Through the optimisation of the application of the carrier vehicle can be found after the optimisation of the carrier vehicle damage rate decreased significantly,the finite element analysis should be extended to the monorail crane carrier vehicle structure design and optimization.
