变频器在供水泵控制中的应用与节能

摘要 以某水厂清水泵房一期项目为研究对象,针对供水泵运行能耗高、效果差的问题,提出水泵变频改造方案。阐述水泵变频的基本原理,进行水泵调速分析,再说明供水泵变频改造的实施步骤、控制方式及工作流程,最后从经济效益、运行性能两个方面综合评价供水泵变频改造方案的应用效果。实践表明,采用变频器改造供水泵后,可以提高自动化控制水平,降低水泵故障发生率,节约能源,年节电效益达到30.2万元,取得良好的变频改造效果。 Taking the first-phase project of water pump house of a water plant as the research object,we put forward the pump frequency conversion transformation programme in view of the problems of high energy consumption and poor effect of water supply pump operation.Elaborate the basic principle of pump frequency conversion,pump speed analysis,and then explain the implementation steps of water supply pump frequency conversion,control mode and workflow,and finally from the economic benefits,operational performance of two aspects of the comprehensive evaluation of water supply pump frequency conversion transformation programme of the application effect.Practice shows that the use of frequency converter transformation of water supply pumps can improve the level of automation control,reduce the incidence of pump failures,energy savings,annual power saving benefit of 302,000 yuan,to achieve good frequency conversion effect.
