详细阐述了某热电厂240 t/h级别的循环流化床锅炉自运行以来,放渣管出现管口变形、膨胀受阻、与布风板连接的焊缝撕裂、布风板上相邻的水冷让管泄漏等问题,分析上述问题产生的原因,并进行结构优化,通过采取更改布风板让管结构、改变布风板鳍片材质、变更金属膨胀节结构、增加膨胀预留间隙等措施,使问题得以解决,减少安全隐患,从而保证锅炉长期安全稳定运行。

This paper describes in detail the problems of the slag discharge pipe mouth deformation,expansion blockage,weld tear connecting with the distributor plate and leakage of the adjacent water cooling pipe on the distributor plate since the operation of the 240t/h class circulating fluidized bed boiler in a thermal power plant.By changing the structure of the distributor tube,changing the material of the distributor fin,changing the structure of the metal expansion joint,increasing the expansion reserve gap and other measures,the problems can be solved and the safety risks can be reduced to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the boiler.
