摘要
结合某矿工作面的回采看,所应用的MG300/700-WD采煤机经常出现运转故障问题,主要涉及到液压系统调高失灵、截割部油温过高、采煤机牵引力不足、采煤机摇臂升降失效和采煤机变频器故障等方面,使回采面作业质量受到影响。为此,先阐述回采工程案例,然后分析MG300/700型采煤机的结构及原理,最后基于常见问题进行针对性的故障处理,以期望可以有效控制采煤机的故障率,提高采煤机的运转质量。
Combined with the mining face of a mine,the applied MG300/700-WD coal mining machine often occurs operation failure problems,mainly related to the hydraulic system height adjustment failure,the cut-off part of the oil temperature is too high,the coal mining machine traction force is insufficient,the coal mining machine rocker arm lifting and lowering failure and the coal mining machine frequency inverter failure,etc.,so that the quality of the face of the return mining operation is affected.For this reason,firstly,the case of back-mining project is elaborated,then the structure and principle of MG300/700 coal mining machine is analysed,and finally,targeted troubleshooting is carried out based on the common problems,in order to expect that the failure rate of the coal mining machine can be effectively controlled,and the operation quality of the coal mining machine can be improved.
