基于气体监测的矿用皮带撕裂系统研究

摘要 针对皮带摩擦生热易分解的特性和实际工况条件,设计一种矿用皮带撕裂预警系统,对皮带摩擦产生的气体种类和浓度变化进行检测,判定皮带撕裂状态,并及时进行故障报警和应急处置,实现皮带输送机故障自动停机。该系统具有可靠性高、反应迅速、设备可灵活替换等特点,为生产安全提供有效保障。 Aiming at the characteristics of belt friction and decomposition and actual working conditions,a belt tear warning system for mining is designed to detect the type and concentration of gas generated by belt friction,determine the belt tear status,and carry out timely fault alarm and emergency disposal to achieve automatic shutdown of belt conveyor failure.The system is characterised by high reliability,rapid response and flexible replacement of equipment,providing effective guarantee for production safety.
