矿用提升机载荷监测保护装置的设计与实践应用

摘要 岳城煤矿地面立井提升机工作中常发生矿车掉道、容器卡罐、松绳等问题,导致发生多起提升机安全事故,造成了人员伤亡和财产损失。针对性设计了一种新型提升机载荷监测保护装置,对该提升机载荷监测保护装置结构、硬件进行分析阐述。该装置在该煤矿立井过行安装、调试、运行,结果表明:载荷监测保护装置应用后能有效的对提升机运行情况进行实时监测,对异常情况进行预警,保障了提升机运行的安全性和可靠性。 Mine car falling,container jamming,loose rope and other problems often occur in the work of the hoist of the surface shaft of Yecheng Coal Mine,resulting in a number of hoisting safety accidents,causing casualties and property losses.Targeted design of a new type of hoist load monitoring and protection device,the hoist load monitoring and protection device structure,hardware analysis and elaboration.The device in the coal mine shaft over the installation,commissioning,operation,the results show that:load monitoring and protection device application can effectively monitor the hoist operation in real time,the abnormalities of the early warning,to ensure the safety and reliability of the operation of the hoist.
