基于PLC技术的煤矿机电运输系统设计

摘要 结合煤矿机电特点,设计了一种采用PLC技术的煤矿机电运输系统。通过对煤矿机电运输系统的特点及需求进行分析,确定了系统的功能要求和性能指标。采用PLC技术作为系统的核心控制器,设计了系统的硬件电路和软件控制程序,实现了对运输系统的自动化控制。最后,提出了一种基于D-S证据理论的运输设备状态评估算法。通过对设计系统的实际应用测试,验证了系统的性能和可行性。结果表明,基于PLC技术的煤矿机电运输系统设计能够有效提高运输效率。 Combined with the characteristics of coal mine electromechanics,a coal mine electromechanical transport system using PLC technology is designed.Firstly,the functional requirements and performance indexes of the system are determined by analysing the characteristics and demands of the coal mine electromechanical transport system.Secondly,PLC technology was adopted as the core controller of the system,and the hardware circuit and software control program of the system were designed to achieve the automatic control of the transport system.Then,a transport equipment state evaluation algorithm based on D-S evidence theory is proposed.Finally,the performance and feasibility of the system were verified through the practical application test of the designed system.The results show that the design of coal mine electromechanical transport system based on PLC technology can effectively improve the transport efficiency.
