摘要
介绍了预警系统的设计流程,包括系统需求分析、关键技术选型、系统架构设计以及系统的最终测试与评估。通过构建一个综合性的故障检测与处理框架,预警系统能有效地提升煤矿掘进机电控装置的智能化水平,实现对潜在故障的实时预测和快速响应。
The design process of the early warning system is introduced,including system requirement analysis,key technology selection,system architecture design,and final testing and evaluation of the system.By constructing a comprehensive fault detection and processing framework,the early warning system in this paper can effectively improve the intelligent level of coal mine roadheader electronic control device,and realise real-time prediction of potential faults and rapid response.
