煤矿基建风机智能控制调速系统研究

摘要 为了进一步提升通风机在煤矿开采中的应用效果,介绍一种煤矿基建风机智能控制调速系统设计方案。该系统主要由两大模块构成,一个是硬件模块,包括采集层、控制层及界面层相关硬件,另一个为软件模块,包括控制流程及风量调节算法,在软硬件模块相互配合下,共同实现风机智能调速的目的。通过应用分析可以发现,应用该系统后,风机可以安全、稳定地运行,1年内未出现停运的情况,且相对于原风机来说,1年内能耗量减少了20%左右,可大规模推广到现代煤矿领域。 In order to further improve the application effect of ventilators in coal mining,a design scheme of intelligent control and speed regulation system for coal mine infrastructure fans is introduced.The system is mainly composed of two modules,one is the hardware module,including the acquisition layer,the control layer and the interface layer of the relevant hardware,and the other is the software module,including the control process and the wind volume adjustment algorithm,in the hardware and software modules cooperate with each other,and jointly realise the purpose of fan intelligent speed regulation.Through the application analysis,it can be found that after the application of the system,the fan can run safely and stably,and there is no outage in 1 year,and the amount of energy consumption is reduced by about 20%in 1 year relative to the original fan,which can be massively promoted to the field of modern coal mine.
