摘要
为进一步提升井下通风机的风压监测及控制效果,研究结合煤矿企业井下开采作业的普遍需要,首先对井下通风机的风压监测控制系统进行整体设计;而后从主控模块、传感器、通信模块等多个角度着手,对面向井下通风机的风压监测控制系统进行了较为详细的设计。从实际测试结果来看,设计的系统在监测控制的时间和准确性方面均具有一定优势,证明该系统的设计取得了初步成功。
In order to further improve the effect of wind pressure monitoring and control of underground ventilator,the study combines the general needs of underground mining operations of coal mining enterprises,firstly,the overall design of wind pressure monitoring and control system of underground ventilator;and then from the main control module,sensors,communication module and other perspectives to start,the wind pressure monitoring and control system for the underground ventilator for a more detailed design.From the actual test results,the system has certain advantages in monitoring and control time and accuracy,which proves that the design of the system has achieved initial success.
