矿用带式输送机煤量监测装置设计研究

摘要 对矿用带式输送机开展煤量监测装置的研制设计工作,实现带式输送机煤料流量的监测和调试控制功能。进行硬件、软件和算法设计,提出基于面积累积的煤料体积流量计算方法,将煤量与变频器频率相对应,设定二级带式输送机的4种速度等级控制,实现了煤量较大时二级带式输送机快速运行,煤量较小时带式输送机慢速运行的节能控制效果。 The development and design of coal quantity monitoring device for mining belt conveyor is carried out to realise the function of monitoring and debugging control of coal flow of belt conveyor.Hardware,software and algorithm design is carried out,the calculation method of coal volume flow based on area accumulation is proposed,the coal volume corresponds to the frequency of inverter,and four kinds of speed level control of the second-level belt conveyor are set to realise the energy-saving control effect that the second-level belt conveyor operates quickly when the coal volume is large and the belt conveyor operates slowly when the coal volume is small.
