工作面回采巷道超前支护及位移监测

摘要 为解决工作面回采巷道采用单体液压支柱进行超前支护所存在的劳动强度大、回采效率低以及钻底的现象,在对9号煤层所属工作面地质条件以及原支护方案对应的支护效果进行综合评估的基础上,通过理论计算得出了强化锚索的支护方案;最后,通过实践生产验证了工作面回采巷道超前支护所采用的单体液压支柱和强化锚索对应的巷道围岩的控制效果。 In order to solve the phenomena of high labor intensity,low mining efficiency and bottom drilling which exist in the over-advance support of the working face by using monobloc hydraulic pillars,based on the comprehensive assessment of the geological conditions of the working face belonging to the No.9 coal seam and the corresponding support effect of the original support scheme,the support scheme of reinforced anchors was derived through theoretical calculations;at last,the over-advance support scheme of the working face by using monobloc hydraulic pillars and reinforced anchors was verified through practical production.Finally,through practical production,the control effect of the tunnel perimeter rock corresponding to the monolithic hydraulic pillar and reinforced anchor cable adopted for the support is verified.
