弓形面积结合Excel在卧式分离器计算过程中的应用

Application of Bow Area Combined with Excel in the Calculation Process of Horizontal Separator

对于气液分离器的设计,一直采用的设计规范HG/T 20570.8—1995进行计算,对卧式分离器的设计要采用试差的方式,牵涉到查图,无行中增加工作量,为了节省计算时间及提高计算精度,特编制了卧式分离器的计算表格。基于此,给出了表格的形式及弓形面积公式的导出过程,并结合已经实施的项目,介绍低温甲醇洗装置一个卧式分离器的计算过程,以便详细了解各个表格的功能以及在计算过程中所注意的事项。讲解用Excel表格所编制的计算模块中各参数的计算过程及其所采用的公式。

For the design of gas-liquid separator,the design specification HG/T 20570.8-95 has been used for calculation,and the design of horizontal separator has to adopt the way of trial and error,which involves checking the diagrams and increases the workload without any line,so in order to save the time of calculation and to improve the accuracy of the calculation,the form of the calculation of the horizontal separator is compiled.Based on this,the form of the table and the process of deriving the bowed area formula are given,and the calculation process of a horizontal separator for a low-temperature methanol washing plant is introduced in conjunction with a project that has already been implemented in order to gain a detailed understanding of the functions of each table and matters to be taken into account in the calculation process.The process of calculating each parameter in the calculation module prepared with Excel sheets and the formulas used in them are explained.
