摘要
为了解决深部厚煤层围岩变形量大的问题,以马兰矿18507工作面为研究对象,采用数值模拟软件对巷道围岩锚杆锚索注浆支护进行研究,首先对不同锚杆长度及锚杆间排距下支护效果进行分析,发现最佳锚杆长度为2.4 m,锚杆间排距为0.9 m、0.9 m。同时对锚索长度及注浆范围进行分析,发现随着锚索长度及注浆范围的增大,此时的围岩变形逐步减小,但减小的趋势逐步减缓,最终确定最佳锚索长度为8.3 m,最佳注浆范围为7 m,为矿井深部厚煤层巷道稳定性提供了一定的保障。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock in deep thick coal seam,taking 18507 working face of Malan Mine as the research object,numerical simulation software was used to study the support of anchor rods and anchor cable injection of the surrounding rock of the roadway,firstly,the support effect was analysed under different anchor lengths and spacing of anchors and it was found that the optimal length of the anchor rods was 2.4 m,and the spacing of anchors was 0.9 m×0.9 m.Meanwhile,the analysis of the support effect was conducted on the anchor lengths and scope of injection,and it was found that the anchor lengths and scope of injection of anchors increased with the length of anchors.At the same time,the length of anchor cable and grouting range were analysed,and it was found that with the increase of anchor cable length and grouting range,the deformation of surrounding rock at this time was gradually reduced,but the trend of reduction was gradually slowed down,and the optimal length of anchor cable was finally determined to be 8.3 m,and the optimal grouting range was 7 m,which provides certain guarantee for the stability of the roadway of the deep and thick coal seam in the mine.
