摘要
针对大倾角皮带机运行过程中突遇变坡段时,易出现飘带的问题,介绍了西山煤电集团某矿现用的两种防飘带方案,一种是通过增设压带轮,减小皮带机曲率半径来防治皮带机的飘带问题,另一种是通过采用两部皮带机进行搭接的方式来防治皮带机的飘带问题,对比分析了这种防皮带机飘带方案的优缺点,提出了一种把改向滚筒装设于组合钢架上,对输送机开展两次卸载,以改向滚筒为基础的转载式防飘带策略,并进行了应用验证。应用结果表明:应用该种新型防皮带机飘带策略后,皮带机皮带运行至变坡点时,不再出现飘带问题,取得了较好的应用效果,可为类似工况下的大倾角皮带机变坡点飘带问题的治理提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of fluttering belt which is easy to occur when the belt conveyor with big inclination angle meets the slope change section suddenly during the operation,two anti-fluttering belt prevention schemes used in a mine of Xishan Coal and Electricity Group are introduced,one of them is to prevent and control the fluttering belt problem of the belt conveyor by installing additional pressure belt pulley and decreasing the curvature radius of the belt conveyor,and the other is to prevent and control the fluttering belt problem of the belt conveyor by adopting the lap jointing of two belt conveyors,and the advantages and disadvantages of the schemes of the belt conveyor are analysed in comparison.Comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of this anti-belt-drifting programme,proposed a reversing roller installed in the combination of steel frame,the conveyor to carry out two unloading,reversing roller based on the transfer of anti-belt-drifting strategy,and application verification.Application results show that:after the application of this new type of anti-belt conveyor fluttering belt strategy,the belt conveyor belt running to the point of change in slope,no longer fluttering belt problems,and achieved better application results,can be similar to the conditions of large inclination belt conveyor change in the point of the slope of the fluttering belt to provide a reference to the management of the problem.
