矿井煤自燃智能监测预警技术研究

摘要 在煤矿开采期间最主要的一项灾害就是煤自燃,精准快速的监测煤自燃的参数,及时预警煤自燃的危险程度,这是实现煤矿安全高效生产的重要保障。立足于煤矿智能化发展趋势,提出了煤自燃智能化监测预警技术。结合煤自燃信息监测及煤自燃预测预报,建立煤自燃智能监测预警系统。通过建立黄陵一矿煤自燃预警指标模型,开发出煤自燃智能监测预警系统,提升煤自燃监测预警能力、提高煤矿安全智能化发展水平。 Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the main disasters faced in the process of coal mining.Rapid and accurate monitoring of coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters and timely early warning of the degree of danger are important guarantees for realizing safe and efficient production in coal mines.Based on the intelligent development trend of coal mines,an intelligent monitoring and early warning technology for spontaneous combustion of coal is proposed.Combined with coal spontaneous combustion information monitoring and coal spontaneous combustion prediction and forecast,an intelligent coal spontaneous combustion monitoring and early warning system is established.Through the establishment of the coal spontaneous combustion early warning index model of Huangling No.1 Mine,an intelligent coal spontaneous combustion monitoring and early warning system has been developed to improve the coal spontaneous combustion monitoring and early warning capability and improve the intelligent development level of coal mine safety.
