As a key initiative for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and building a high-quality education system,"Three-comprehensive education"is of far-reaching significance for deepening the education of college students career planning.The organic fit between college students'career planning education and"Three-comprehensive education"can provide solid theoretical support and practical guidance for education reform,and thus solve the many challenges faced by college students career planning education.Under the guidance of the concept of"Three-comprehensive education",this research can provide solutions for the reform of career planning education in the new situation by constructing a path of full participation,full process coverage,and all-round collaboration,which can help college students to continuously improve their comprehensive quality in the everchanging vocational environment,better adapt to the needs of career development,and thus achieve higher-quality employment.
