国家认同视域下“国际法”课程的思政功能与实现路径

摘要 国家认同教育与“国际法”课程思政建设的目标一致,培育国家认同意识是“国际法”课程思政的本质要求。目前,“国际法”课程思政建设仍存在整体建构缺乏全局性、课程思政设计缺乏吸引力和实效性、思政元素的运用缺乏深度与创新等问题。对此,“国际法”课程思政建设应从精准定位课程思政建设目标、开发课程思政建设途径、深挖课程思政元素、创新课程融合形式、提高教师思政能力等方面全方位推进课程思政教学改革,培育大学生的“国家认同意识”,从而坚定大学生的国家认同。 The objective of national identity education aligns with the ideological and political development of the"International Law"curriculum,which necessitates fostering national identity awareness.At present,the ideological and political development of the"International Law"curriculum faces certain challenges,including a lack of comprehensive construction,a lack of appeal and effectiveness in ideological and political design,and a lack of depth and innovation in the application of ideological and political elements.Consequently,the ideological and political development of the"International Law"curriculum should facilitate comprehensive reforms in ideological and political development,exploring methods of ideological and political development,delving into ideological and political elements,innovating curriculum integration formats,and enhancing teachers'ideological and political abilities.This will nurture the"national identity consciousness"of college students and thereby fortify their national identity.
