摘要
对比不同羧基聚酯树脂、GMA丙烯酸树脂、固化剂、羟基聚酯树脂、固化促进剂等对聚酯丙烯酸柔光仿肌肤粉末涂料涂层表面效果、机械性能以及冷炉光泽稳定性的影响,并优化和调整配方,改善聚酯丙烯酸柔光仿肌肤粉末涂料涂层表面肌肤效果以及冷炉光泽稳定性,提高涂层冲击、折弯等物理性能,从而为生产制备光泽稳定、肌肤感强、冲击和折弯等物理性能良好的聚酯丙烯酸仿肌肤粉末涂料提供理论基础和实验依据。
In this paper,the effects of different carboxyl polyester resins,GMA acrylic resins,curing agents,hydroxyl polyester resins and curing accelerators on the surface effect,mechanical properties and cold oven gloss stability of polyester acrylic soft skin-like powder coatings were discussed.By optimizing and adjusting the formula,the skin effect of the coating surface and the stability of the cold oven gloss were improved,and the physical properties of the coating such as impact and bending resistance were improved,so as to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the production of polyester acrylic skin-like powder coating with good physical properties such as stable gloss,strong skin-touched feeling,impact and bending resistance.
