浅析贵州省国有扎佐林场多功能森林经营现状与对策

Current Status and Strategies of Multifunctional Forest Management in State-Owned Zhazuo Forest Farm of Guizhou Province

多功能森林经营能够生产最佳组合的产品和服务,满足公众的多样化需求,实现生态、经济和社会多重效益在相同的空间和时间上最大化。文章对贵州省国有扎佐林场多功能森林经营现状、存在问题及其原因进行剖析,结果表明:林场以针叶林和纯林为主,幼、中龄林比重较大,森林资源质量总体不高,森林旅游和康养活动仍有较大发展空间,森林多功能特色属性尚不明显。在此基础上,提出开展森林多功能经营区划、强化科技支撑、加强人员培训和转变经营理念等建议,以期为国有林场多功能森林经营管理提供参考。

Multifunctional forest management can produce an optimal combination of products and services to meet the diverse needs of the public,achieving the maximization of ecological,economic,and social benefits in the same space and time.This paper analyzes the current status of multifunctional forest management,existing problems,and their causes in Guizhou State-owned Zhazuo Forest Farm.The results show that the forest farm is dominated by coniferous forests and pure forests,with a large proportion of young and middle-aged forests,and the overall quality of forest resources is not high.There is still a large room for development in forest tourism and health activities,and the distinctive attributes of forest multifunctionality are not yet obvious.On this basis,suggestions such as carrying out zoning for multifunctional forest management,strengthening scientific and technological support,enhancing personnel training,and changing management concepts are proposed,in order to provide a reference for the management of multifunctional forest management in state-owned forest farms.
