基于QFD-TRIZ理论的适老化智能药盒创新设计研究

摘要 目的针对现有药盒功能单一、操作复杂、缺少对用户的情感关怀等问题,设计一款可提醒老年人吃药并能给予老年人情感关怀的智能药盒,增强老年人服药的自主性。方法首先,进行用户需求分析,确定产品的使用方式及对应的技术特征,并将其分类;其次,建立QFD质量屋模型进行相互作用分析,找出矛盾;最后,应用TRIZ理论解决矛盾。结果通过情感化设计与QFD-TRIZ理论的创新结合,本研究提出了适老化智能药盒创新设计方案。结论将感性设计与理性分析相结合,可为产品设计提供新的思路与参考,对我国适老化产品的研发与推动具有重要意义。 Objective Aiming at the problems of single function,complicated operation and lack of emotional care for users of the existing medicine boxes,to design a smart medicine box that can remind the elderly to take medication and give them emotional care,so as to enhance the autonomy of the elderly in taking medication.Methods Firstly.user requirement analysis was conducted to determine the use mode and corresponding technical characteristics of the products,and then the QFD model was established for interaction analysis to find out the contradictions.and finally,the TRIZ theory was used to solve the contradictions.Results Through the innovative combination of emotional design and QFD-TRIZ theory,an innovative design scheme of smart medicine box for the elderly was proposed.Conclusion The combination of emotional design and rational analysis can provide new ideas and references for product design,which is ofgreat significance for thedevelopment and promotion of ageing-friendly products in China.
